- Disrupting Platform functionality
4. Vehicle Listings
For Sellers:
- All listings must be accurate and truthful
- You must have legal right to sell the vehicle
- Photos must represent actual vehicle condition
- Pricing must be transparent with no hidden fees
- Remove sold vehicles promptly
For Buyers:
- Verify all information independently
- Inspect vehicles before purchase
- Understand that Motors Max is not party to sales transactions
- Conduct due diligence on sellers
5. Fees and Payments
- Listing fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Featured placement fees are charged upfront
- All prices are in USD unless specified
- Payment processing fees may apply
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Motors Max—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is our property or licensed to us. Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
- Use our trademarks without written consent
- Scrape or data-mine the Platform
- Reverse engineer any part of our services
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Motors Max is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

- Quality or condition of vehicles sold
8. Limitation of Liability
